Weekly boxing classes at Affronti Fitness in Rochester, NY can not only help you improve your strength and endurance, but they’re also incredibly fun! Clients throughout Rochester, Pittsford and the surrounding area enjoy coming to our boxing classes because it gives them the opportunity to get fit and learn a brand new sport.

Attending weekly boxing classes can help you strengthen your legs and core abdominal muscles, as well as cardio strength conditioning. Our classes are noncompetitive, so you won’t have to deal with any pressure or judgment. Our classes are available for clients ages 8 & up of all skill levels, so it’s a great activity for yourself or for the whole family.

Our Boxing Classes Include:

  • Weekly classes every Thursday from 6pm-7pm
  • Full-body workout
  • Professional boxing drills
  • Custom workouts
  • Information on proper form, punching techniques, defensive moves and footwork

For Newcomers:

To help you better adjust to the instruction, we recommend coming 15 minutes early for a one-on-one meeting with Austyn to go over basic techniques and drills. Contact Austyn prior to your first class.

Drop In Rate:

$20 Drop in anytime

1x Per Week Membership:

$60 Per Month (breaks down to $15 per class)

*Automatic withdrawal every month after sign up. No contract or long term commitment required. If you choose to cancel, just notify Austyn by the 20th of the month prior to cancellation.
