"I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Group Fitness Instructor under AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America). I hold specializations in Corrective Exercise (CES) and Performance Enhancement (PES), and I will also be receiving my Master of Science in Kinesiology at the end of 2019.

I have been teaching groups and individuals for over twenty years; having the opportunity to teach both locally and abroad, offering workshops and classes for the University of Rochester, Nazareth College, Rochester Institute of Technology, the College at Brockport, the American College Dance Association, New York City Dance Alliance, Pixar Animation Studios, and traveling to groups in Brazil, Canada, China, Israel, Kenya, Japan, and throughout the United States.

I am also a practitioner of the Afro-Brazilian martial art of Capoeira, training consistently for the past twenty-four years. Capoeira combines elements of dance, acrobatics, and music that develops balance, coordination, and strength on your feet, hands, on the ground, and in the air.

I continue to educate myself further so I can offer the best possible methods for those I work with. My passion is to help people move better and help them achieve their goals, both inside and outside of the gym. I look forward to working with you."
