Private Personal Training

​We offer one-on-one and partner training sessions, led by expert trainers who work with you from start to finish. We work with all ages and fitness levels, but our main demographic is individuals 45 and up, as well as those who are new to fitness or just getting back into it. Our programming is highly flexible and adapts to your unique needs. We meet you where you are and guide you to where you want to go, ensuring that each session is exclusive, with the full attention of your trainer in a calm, private gym environment.

Personalized Nutrition Plans

​At Affronti Fitness, our mission is to help you overcome the barriers that prevent you from building a healthier, sustainable lifestyle for the long term. We achieve this by creating personalized plans that adapt to your needs and implementing gradual changes that lead to lasting habits, all tailored to your busy life.

  • Meal Plans: Following a detailed initial assessment, we design personalized meal plans tailored to your macronutrient needs, preferences, and dietary restrictions. You can follow the plan closely or use it as a guide while tracking your food intake for accountability. You can also review and approve your meal plan before starting, ensuring it aligns perfectly with your lifestyle and goals.
     

  • Ongoing Support: Bi-weekly check-ins with a dedicated nutrition coach are key to your success. They ensure you're consistently moving toward your goals. During these sessions, we assess your progress, tackle any challenges you’re facing, and make precise adjustments to your plan to keep you on track and motivated.
     

  • Data-Driven Approach: We use detailed tracking, including Fit 3D body scans, progress charts, and food logs, to provide a clear picture of your physical changes. This helps ensure your progress is aligned with your goals and expectations.
     

  • Habit Tracking: We implement essential habits to help you stay consistent and build lasting lifestyle changes rather than a short-term fix. As you progress, we continuously adapt and introduce new habits to align with your evolving goals and needs.
