In my first 6 weeks I'm down over 13 pounds!!!

Chris trains with Steve 3 days per week. Within his first 6 weeks he is already down over 13 pounds. Chris has noticed significant improvements not only his physical appearance, but also in both his strength and his endurance. That's what fitness is all about, small markers of progress in multiple areas. Chris is a prime example that hard work pays off. Keep it up buddy!
