Fitness changed my life.

I grew up extremely scrawny and out of shape. I was always insecure about my look and desired that athletic fitness body. For years, I worked out and tried to gain muscle, but I was constantly hitting a wall. I would notice little changes here and there but was never satisfied with my results.
The picture on the left was me about 2 years into working out. I have a very fast metabolism and it is extremely hard to gain muscle mass with my body type. I thought I was doing everything right but clearly I wasn’t. I decided to make a drastic change and truly commit myself to fitness and transforming my body. I started training with fitness competitors and I was constantly do research in the areas of fitness and nutrition. I started to learn all the little things I was doing wrong and began to correct them. I experimented with my body and tried all different types of workouts and diet programs.
After working extremely hard, correcting all of my mistakes and dedicating 8 months of my life primarily to my fitness regimen, I finally achieved the body I had always desired (picture on the right). This transformation truly was life changing for me. I feel better, I have much more confidence in my appearance, I learned true dedication and commitment which has helped me in many other areas of my life.
After I accomplished this huge feat, I decided to take it to the next level and help others achieve the same success. I earned my personal training certification and began my career. I have a sincere passion for fitness and I love helping people reach their true potential. It’s never too late to change your body and change your life.
