I've Lost Over 20 Pounds!
Way to go Kristen!!!! Kristen has been training 3x per week with our trainer Todd and she has lost over 20lbs! Consistent workouts, followed by small adjustments within her eating patterns lead her to the success you see here. Kristen's taste for foods has also shifted in a positive way, which will in turn, lead to long term success and that's what it's all about! She feels better, she has more energy, and the best part of all, she has to buy new clothes because her old ones don't fit! What a great excuse to go shopping :)
